Policy Update

Thank you for joining the Rockstar family. As of September 1, 2021 our policies have changed.

Each guest is given a window of 48 hours prior to their appointment to reschedule, change or cancel any appointment. Failure to do so will result in charges. If the service time is thirty minutes or less, 50% of the service price will be charged. If the service time is over thirty minutes, 100% of the service price will be charged. If you no call, no show an appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service total. 

Our specials on Tuesdays are no longer $35 as our prices have increased. Brazilians are now $45 on Tuesdays.

There are NO extra guest allowed at your appointment. Due to the nature of all services, if the person isn't being serviced they will have to wait in their car.

A mask is required and must be secured on your face before you will be permitted inside.

Each guest is given a grace period of 10 mins. After 10 mins, you are considered a no show unless you call. In the event that you desire to still be serviced, it will be up to the discretion of the service provider and a $15 late fee will be applied for every 10 minutes you are late.

If you remove your card from the booking site, your appointment will be automatically cancelled.

If you book your appointment with an invalid card, your appointment will be denied.
